I really had no clue were I was going to take my car for my transmission because I already called 2 other places before I called aamco and there prices were high and just not willing to work with you . Speaking to Mike at aamco made me feel my call was important and getting my car fixed was his priority . The work was professional and I will defenently recomend his place to all my friends and family .
An absolute 5 star experience. While on a vacation in Palm Springs my car wouldn’t start. I had it towed to two other repair centers and was told the car would need thousands of dollars and possibly months worth of work. I was so stressed out and decided to search for another option. I was absolutely blessed to find Mike at AAMCO. He put my heart at ease with his patience and dedication to make sure we figured out the issue for me quickly. His customer service was such a relief to know I could trust him and his diagnosis. The guys figured out the issue was only the Starter and were able to have it back to me within a few days. He handled communication with my insurance claim and made this horribly stressful situation into one where I feel like I confidently was taken care. I’m so happy with my experience and would highly recommend this shop and Mike. Customer care was fantastic.
Nice clean shop with a friendly business oriented customer service headed by Mike. All the guys including Armando at the shop were amazing and took good care of my car and things as well as took an overall look at the car. I would say this is the most refreshing repair/service I have ever had done by a shop thank you guys 👍
