Excellent service mike is the best from now on all my car needs are being done at his shop
I had a great experience with AAMCO. Michael was very helpful in accommodating me in a unique situation. I was informed on needs and progress upon completion of the assessment. The work was performed promptly and explained in detail. I felt the pricing was fair. I really liked that my old parts were available for me to see, verifying the need for replacement. Michael was very congenial and supportive. I feel confident about using this AAMCO in the future and will certainly recommend the shop to my friends and family.
What a fantastic experience! Mike was so warm and welcoming, listened to the issues with our Jeep, and had us bring it in first thing the next morning. Him and Armando called us back that day, both were so comforting and knowledgeable. They explained what they thought the problem was, how they would fix it, and what the next steps were if it didn't help. The quotes were on point, honest and reasonable. They were able to diagnose, repair, and fix everything by the 2nd day. They saved us hundreds from other quotes, and they were so kind and welcoming to my wife. Mike and Armando went above and beyond to get my high mileage vehicle back on the road. I use my van to camp and travel. With me being 3,000 miles from my home I am especially grateful for all they did for me and the "Beast" E350.
